MCGAVIN JAMES JOHNSTONE COOK passed away on July 12th 2012 at St Nicholas Hospice after a brave and courageous battle with his illness. Beloved husband of Ann, loving dad to Mandy and Steven, father-in-law to James and Tracey and dearest granddad to Scott, Miles, Brett, Kaitlin and Ciara. You were an inspiration to us all and we will cherish our wonderful memories; we loved you so much. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Funeral service takes place at the United Reformed Church, Whiting Street, BSE on Friday July 27th at 1 pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, payable to Diabetes UK or St Nicholas Hospice Care, may be sent c/o Armstrongs Funeral Service, 43 St Andrews Street North, Bury St Edmunds IP33 1TH.
