TNT is top employer

Thetford delivery firm TNT has been named as one of the best companies to work for in the UK in a new book.
The company, based on Fison Way Industrial Estate, was listed in a book called Britain's Top Employers 2008, published last week.
Ranked alongside big names such as Cadbury Schweppes, Asda and the John Lewis Partnership, TNT was praised for its pay and benefits, career development and leadership in the annual publication.
Mike Brooks, general manager of the Thetford depot, said: "It is a fantastic achievement to know employees here think we're a decent firm to be with.
"Our employees are, and always will be, our greatest asset."
