A new child-friendly coffee shop, complete with children's play area and party room, has opened in Bury St Edmunds.
Coffee 'n' Kids, which is owned and run by Jo Stevenson, is based in Langton Place and is specifically geared towards children and their parents.

The coffee shop, which had its official launch on Saturday, has an enclosed child-safe play area complete with play house, LEGO tables, train sets and colouring equipment, as well as plenty of space to park buggies and prams.

Mrs Stevenson said: "I have children and there is nowhere in Bury where parents can go to get a coffee and let their children wander about, so I created Coffee 'n' Kids.

"As well as a coffee shop, we offer children's parties in our designated party room with T-shirt designing, ceramic painting, painting and gluing and mystery themes.

"At Coffee 'n' Kids we offer a wide range of drinks, including coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as cakes and sandwiches available in adult or child-sized portions."

Coffee 'n' Kids is open Monday- Friday from 9am-4pm and 9.30am-5pm on Saturdays.
